One of my Essex-based local authority clients is looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer / Environmental Health Officer on an initial 3-month basis with the potential to extend.

What will you be doing:

  • Mandatory HMOs
  • HHSRS

Details:

  • 3 - 6 months contract with the potential to extend
  • Hybrid working arrangements (3 days on-site per week)
  • District Mileage: 45p 
  • Up to £48 per hour (DOE)
  • Full-time (37 hours per week) or Part-time available 
  • March start.
  • Interview: TBC
  • Payment method: Umbrella / Limited 

Requirements:

  • HHSRS is essential
  • Experienced in Selective Licensing would be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
