Our client, based in North West London are looking to appoint an experienced Principal Private Sector Housing Officer to carry out Enforcement functions including to enable the Council to meet its statutory obligations of environmental protection, including inspection, enforcement, education and advice. You will also carry out Enforcement functions in a customer facing front line environment representing the Council in often challenging circumstances in the execution of duties.

This role requires someone who has at least 2 years working within this field, in a local authority setting. It is essential that you hold the HHSRS certification.

This is a 12 week contract, will time with hybrid working available. Rates will start from £40 per hour.
