Salary: £36,345 - £40,344 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full time, 35 hours per week

We are looking for a Regulatory Assistant to join our busy Residential Environmental Health Team to improve the homes of people living in the private rented sector. Islington is a vibrant, diverse and dynamic borough and you will play a key role in helping to create a more equal Islington through our HMO and Selective Property Licencing Schemes.

You will be responsible for providing support to the officers within the service, in some cases providing advice to tenants and landlords, visiting private rented accommodation and taking appropriate action. The work will involve some working outside of normal office hours.
