Job Details

A Local Authority based in Surrey are looking for a Senior Private Sector Housing Officer!

As a Senior Officer, they're looking for someone who has experience in mentoring and training junior Officers.

You'll also need to know a fair bit about The Housing Act 2004, experience in completing HMO inspections and HHSRS calculations, and in taking enforcement actions when required.

This is a 6 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
