Senior Private Sector Housing Officer

A South - East based Local Authority are looking for a Senior Housing Officer!

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

• Inspecting properties and in enforcing housing legislation under The Housing Act 2004
• Enforcement experience and in serving notices.
• Ability to identify and reduce the number of long-term empty properties.
• To provide financial assistance through grants and loans and to improve the energy efficiency of homes in the borough.

This is a hybrid role which will require 3 days working in the borough, and 2 from home. You'll also need access to your own vehicle.
