Job Details
Our client, based in the very North East of England are looking to appoint an experienced EHO who is able to undertake HHSRS and possible HMO inspections. Additional experience in Management/Team Leader would be desirable but not a deal breaker.
The role requires someone who is HHSRS qualified, EHORB would be great as well. Experience within this field is a must, with at least 5 years in local authority.
Our client is very flexible with the working hours and days, this is a part time role, 2 to 3 days a week. As this is a very rural area it would be helpful if you had your own vehicle, they do have pool cars but they must be left on site at the council once finished.
The role will run until the end of December, with a possible extension. ASAP start. Rates will be negotiable, starting at £40 Umbrella. Please note that this is the starting rate and the client is willing to negotiate higher for the right candidate. If you are interested please let us know what rate you would like along with an updated CV.
