Job Details
A long-standing client of ours based on the South Coast is looking for the profile of an officer who is HHSRS qualified.
This individual will need to have experience in:
Undertaking HHSRS inspections for single dwelling complaints Dealing with single dwelling disrepair complaints Gathering evidence for breaches of the Housing Act 2004 for potential Civil Penalties and prosecutions Additionally, they are looking for an individual with experience in the remediation of High Rise Buildings.
The other bits you probably want to know about the most:
- This is a 3 month role, with a high likelihood of extension. Pay Rate £45-£55 per hour. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections.
