Our local authority client, based in Essex have an excellent opportunity for a Private Sector Housing Officer for an initial 3 months. They are in need of an officer who able to investigate housing complaints under HHSRS, suspected HMOs, HMO inspections and supporting less experienced officers.

These roles will require experience officers with at least 2 years within a local authority setting. At the very least you must hold the HHSRS certificate.

This is a full time role . Please note that home working is available but you will be required to be on site around 3 days per week. This contract will pay £40-£45 per hour Umbrella
