🚨Job Opportunity: Private Sector Housing Officer – Hampshire 🚨

A Hampshire based local authority are looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team in help to support their Healthy Homes Project👮‍♀️  

For this role, you’ll be required to have experience in:

🏡 HHSRS inspections and calculations.
🏡The Housing Act 2004.
🏡Private Sector Housing Enforcement and investigating HMO’s.
 
This is a 3 month role, with a mix of home and on site working.
