Surrey is on the lookout for its next Private Sector Housing Officer! 

 

For this role, you’ll need knowledge of:

🏡 The Housing Acts.

 

🏡 Housing Health & Safety Rating System.

 

🏡 Local authorities’ regulatory and enforcement powers in relation to HMOs and private sector housing conditions.

 

Specifically, this role also requires knowledge of how to calculate HHSRS calculations, and evidence of your experience in doing so. 

 

Other perks of the role? When you’re not working, you’ll have the opportunity to visit famous scenes from the Bond film, Skyfall, which were filmed in Surrey! 

 

This role will be an initial 3-month contract with the potential to be extended. 

 

It will be a mixture of home-based and in office / inspection days, where you might just  

spot Daniel Craig walking around the area!🚶
