Job Details
A Kent based local authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!
For this role, you’ll need to have knowledge of:
🏠 The Housing Act 2004
🏠Experience in carrying out investigations
🏠Knowledge of HHSRS systems
This is 6-month role, with two days WFH.
This role will involve a mix of working in the area to complete inspections, and 3 days working from home.
On offer is an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to be extended.
