£41,418 to £43,421 per annum (24/25 pay award to be determined)
(Registered/Chartered EHOs without the required level of competency/experience are welcome to apply and start on a lower grade salary of £38,223 to £40,221, with the opportunity to progress to a higher pay grade).

About the role/ What you will do:
We are seeking experienced, motivated and suitably qualified Environmental Health Officer(s) to join our Environmental Health – Commercial Team, to protect public health and make a positive impact on both Powys residents and visitors. Possessing an extensive knowledge of the relevant legislation, codes of practice and guidance, you will ensure that the council undertakes and meets all relevant and associated obligations within Food Safety, Health & Safety, Communicable Disease Control and Special Procedures.
