Job Details
Our local authority client, based in Lancashire are looking to appoint an experienced Housing Enforcement Officer. You will provide technical professional enforcement services with the overall aim of protecting and improving the health, safety and welfare of every resident, worker and visitor within the Borough. You will also be required to undertake duties in the Private Sector Housing Team in one of the following sections, Housing Enforcement and Empty Properties
Please note, for this particular role it is essential you have housing enforcement experience under the Housing Act 2004 and HHSRS inspection experience. You must also at the very least hold the HHSRS qualification.
This is a 3 month contract and our client is willing to pay between £40 to £45 per hour depending on experience.
