Private Sector Technical Officer

Buckingham Futures have an excellent opportunity in East Of England  for a Private Sector Technical Officer for a 1-year contract to form part of the Council's new Damp and Mould Task Force.

Working within the housing inspection team, you will help provide a swift and effective response to reports of damp and mould in Council owned and managed homes.

In depth knowledge of HHSRS - in particular as it relates to damp and mould - is essential for the role, as is the ability to work closely with colleagues and contractors to identify and implement the best solutions to keep their tenants safe.
