Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £40,221.00 - £43,421.00 per annum

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a committed Senior Environmental Health Officer to join our Private Sector Housing Division. 

Working within our Operational Team, you will assist in undertaking HHSRS inspections and enforcement, licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation and have an ability to liaise with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders to provide advice and support to address disrepair and tenancy issues.  

This role involves a crucial blend of expertise and commitment to housing standards and public health.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting high standards of property condition within the Private Rented Sector for Dudley’s residents and communities.

You must have either a degree or diploma in Environmental Health accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health or equivalent. You will also need to be Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) qualified.
