Job Details
Our client, based in the West Midlands are looking for part time (22 hours per week) PEHO to work in a busy Private Sector Housing team to help manage 3 members of staff as well as being the point of contact for more complex cases. You will be asked to deal with complete Private Sector Housing cases involving HHSRS inspections, HMOs, MEES work and empty properties.
To be successful it is crucial that you have experience in a being a PEHO or Team Leader in a bust Local Authorities' Housing team. You much have experience completing prosecutions, completing witness statements and representing the Council in tribunals etc. Due to the level of this role you will need to be EHRB registered (or equivalent) and ideally be Chartered.
If successful you will be offered an initial 3 months contract that will likely be extended to 6 months, paying £48PH Umbrella.
This role is for hybrid working and the Work pattern days are negotiable.
