Environmental Support & Enforcement Team Manager 

Our client specializing in environmental enforcement is looking for an Environmental Support & Enforcement Team Manager looking for a full-time / Permanent role.

No experience is necessary, training will be provided. A driving license is preferred.

As an Environmental Support & Enforcement Team Manager, you will be required to patrol the borough in an intelligence led manner, and when necessary, enforcing the legislation in which you will be authorised to act on – this would be done by issuing an on-the-spot Fixed Penalty Notice.

Main Duties:

1. Patrolling the borough in accordance with an agreed deployment strategy. Investigating complaints and ensuring all outcomes are documented. Ensure all teams’ equipment is signed in and out on day-to-day basis. Ensuring that for any periods of annual leave/absence are covered, ensuring an exceptional service delivery is continuous. Ensure your team complete a daily vehicle inspection form before driving any company vehicle. Engaging and educate members of the public regarding Environmental Crime related offences. Follow Standard Operating Instruction when issuing a Fixed Penalty Notice. Ensure you complete a daily vehicle inspection form before driving any company vehicle. Attending Court and giving evidence is required.
