Looking to secure a long term contract? I am currently working with a client based in the East Midlands who've managed to secure funding for the Healthy Homes Scheme till the end of the next financial year.


About the role:

A client of mine is looking for an experienced Technical officer, Private Sector Housing Officer or even EHO to come join their team on a 6-12 month interim basis in their Private Sector Housing Team.

They are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible and will setting up interviews within the next week.

This role will be hybrid with a split of 3 days working on site and 2 working from home to allow a work life balance.

This role is to assist in their Healthy Homes Programme which relates to damp and mould within housing how to monitor, raise awareness and take enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire information on properties and buildings in disrepair in the district
* To offer advice and information to owners of empty properties
* HMO & HHSRS Inspections
