Job Details

Our client, based on the South Coast are looking for a Food/Health and Safety qualified EHO to work in a bust Food team. They need someone who is fully food competent according to the FSA who can complete scheduled inspections, revisits and complaint work. You will be asked to work as part of a busy the team and you will be part of that team.

The need someone who can hit the ground running so you are required to be EHORB Reg/Higher Cert and hold at least 20 hours of CPDs and have completed the competency framework. Having experience in Heath and Safety and Primary Authorities will put you in good stead too.

The contract will run until they find a permanent member of staff so initially for months 3 however it is likely to be extended beyond then. The need someone who is in the office for 1 day per week (on a Thursday) and the rest can be from home or on district. The Council will also help you keep your PD up to date while working with them. They are looking to pay £45-£50PH Umbrella. They will also consider applications for permanent work if that is of interest.
