Salary: £38,912 - £42,107 (pro rata)

We need your advice and guidance!

With your in-depth knowledge of the environment and public health implications of development, you work with our Planning department across all stages of the planning process. You’ll seek to provide advice and guidance on the environmental and strategical impact of applications and proposed developments. You’ll also provide evidence and expert witness for appeals, hearings, public inquiries, and examinations.

You’ll also assist with the development of policies and initiatives regarding environmental protection issues. Your detail focused approach will ensure that all records and databases are accurate and can be used for analysis in decisions.  

Please note this post is for 22.5 hours a week and will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG.

We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office and home working.
