Our local authority client, based in North of England are looking to appoint an experienced Licensing officer to oversee the current Licensing Team. You will be providing professional and experienced managerial support to:
2 Licensing Officers
1 Licensing Assistant PT
2 Licensing Clerks PT
You will also be expected to prepare and present reports to the Licensing & Regulatory Panel, to attend proceedings in the Magistrates and Crown Courts and any other relevant court or tribunal. A full JD is available upon request.

In order to be considered it is essential that you have experience within this field and preferably within a local authority setting. You must be able to ensure compliance with licence conditions including liaising with other departments of the Council and external agencies and carrying out any necessary enforcement action within the powers of the Council.

Please note, preference would be full time with 3 days on site but this is negotiable as are the hours. Hourly rates are negotiable as well so please let me know what you rate is along with an updated CV. Deadline for submissions is April 5th.
