Job Details
Our local authority client, based in Oxfordshire, are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Officer to work in their Private Sector Housing Team. The work will involve HMO Licensing, Disrepair and HHSRS.
In order to be considered you must be HHSRS trained and have significant experience in using the HHSRS enforcement powers. You must be confident is dealing with, landlords, agents etc, and good at keeping written records/evidence gathering.
They are looking for someone full time but they will accept 4 days per week (no fewer).This contract will run for an initial 4 months, ASAP start and the client is willing to pay between £40 to £45 per hour Umbrella.
