Job Details
Our client, based in East London, are looking for a Senior Adaptation Officer to manage clients' applications for Disabled Facilities Grants, loans and repair grants, including designing and organising schemes ensuring the property meets the needs of individuals and the Decent Homes Standard.
To be successful it is crucial that you have experience in a residential building surveying related capacity in a local authority environment, in working and processing datasets, databases and can interpret data and knowledge of housing legislation in the areas of applying housing renewal in relation to private sector housing including supervision of building works and means testing. It is important that you can Complete surveys for adaptations and progress for a Disabled Facilities Grant.
This will be initial 3 month contract paying £35-£40PH Umbrella. Hybrid role however you must be close enough to attend Office when required.
