Job Details
Our client has 60 food premises inspections to complete - Unrated new businesses and Cat D premises.
Your task will be to complete the on site inspection, complete the inspection report and issue a letter if required - only those rated 0,1 or 2 - and establish and issue the Food Hygiene Rating Score. You will be assigned a number of inspections based on your availability and allowed to complete as and when you are available, in line with any target inspection dates agreed. Additional admin will be carried out by our client''s in house support team.
You will be paid on a per inspection basis based on the risk rating established post inspection, this project will offer rates of £52 for a Cat C, £48 for D and £36 for E.
The work is based in the East Midlands. You will need your own transport.
To apply you will need recent local authority (UK) inspection experience and we will need to see evidence of your Competency as per FSA guidelines.
