We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Environmental Health Practitioner/Officer or Senior Food and Safety Officer to join the team. This will be an interesting and varied role and you will be part of a friendly and professional Commercial Team.

Food Safety will be the key aspect of your varied workload as well as health and safety enforcement, and infectious disease control and supporting and advising our local businesses. You will meet the Food Standards Agency competency framework requirements detailed in food law code of practice to inspect a full range of premises. It would be preferable if those applicants with the Higher Certificate in Food Control would also hold a suitable health and safety qualification.
