Job Details
Our local authority client, based in Essex have an excellent opportunity for those looking for contracts that will see them until the end of March 2024. They are in need of 2 officers who able to investigate housing complaints under HHSRS, suspected HMOs, HMO inspections and supporting less experienced officers.
These roles will require experience officers with at least 2 years within a local authority setting. At the very least you must hold the HHSRS certificate.
There are 2 roles on offer. One full time and the other 3 days per week. Please note that home working is available but you will be required to be on site for most of the week. This contract will continue until the end of March 2024 and pay rates will bee £40 per hour.
