Health & Safety and Food Technical Officer
G07: £32,909 - £35,411 per annum
37 hours per week, permanent
Colwyn Bay
We are looking for a Technical Officer to undertake health and safety interventions, provide health and safety advice to businesses, investigate accidents, and deal with service requests and complaints as well as communicable disease work and sampling.
Along with your own workload you will also support Senior Officers in accident investigations, gathering evidence and taking statements.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a great team player. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car while at work.
With a large and diverse range of premises and activities there is a varied workload but if you are committed to health and safety, enthusiastic, motivated and diligent and have the skills to support us then we would love to hear from you.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, i.e., a balance of office and home working.
