A local authority based in Hampshire is looking for an established Food Safety Officer to join their Team. They have roughly 200 premises that need inspecting and would ideally get them done before the end of this year.

The role will consist of conducting food hygiene inspections, mainly category D's, however some category C's will be on the list.

The authority is looking to arrange the role as a Pay Per Inspection.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of local authority food work under their belt and will have their CPD up to date.
