Job Details

Our local authority client, based in East London are looking to appoint an experienced Fire Safety Advisor who has specialist knowledge of fire safety legislation and its applications to housing.. The role will require you to provide a specialist operational fire safety management function for all Council owned and managed housing assets delivering continuous improvement in resident safety. Supporting compliance with both statutory and non-statutory fire safety legislation and associated building regulations.

In order to be considered you must have a Fire safety qualification, NEBOSH Fire Certificate, IFE Level 3 or Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety or similar, a clear understanding of emerging fire safety and building safety legislation and have membership of a recognised professional body such as IFE, IFSM, IFPO or similar, with demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development

This contract will run for an initial 3 months, ASAP start and the client is willing to pay up to £325 to £400 per day, Umbrella.
