Our local authority client, based in the East Midlands are seeking a professional with experience in Environmental Health Housing to join their Residential Enforcement Team. They are looking for a part time and qualified & experienced HHSRS inspector, to carry out housing inspections in the private sector following housing conditions complaints and to take the necessary enforcement action as required. You will be dealing with Housing standards in the private rented sector and issues including HHSRS inspections and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) including HMO inspections and regulation of HMO licensing, Investigation of unlawful evictions and harassment and empty homes inspections.

This role is for 3 days per week. In order to be considered, you will need a qualification in Environmental Health or the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) or have experience in dealing with the above.

This is a 12 month contract, 3 days per week paying £40PH Umbrella.
