Housing Improvement Officer

Our client in Kent is recruiting for a Housing Improvement officer to cover for 6 months. 

To be considered you would ideally have experience in Private sector housing in particular HMO and caravan licencing and be able to inspect under HHSRS.

A knowledge of M3 would be an advantage and you must have use of own transport. 

This role would be predominantly office and district-based, but there may be some opportunity to work from home after an initial bedding-in period however there will remain a requirement to be in the office/district for a minimum of 80% of the time.
