Career Grade EHO

Career Grade EHO: Grade 4-7: £25,409 - £38,296*

*Salary dependant on qualifications and experience

Following internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Career Grade EHO.  

Whilst experience of environmental health and/or private sector housing is preferred, applicants from a non-environmental health background and/or newly qualified candidates would be welcomed.

The ability to use your initiative, to investigate, make sound judgements and take a range of risk-based proportionate interventions is essential. Knowledge of legislation, codes of practice and associated guidance is desirable but training will be provided to the successful candidate.

You will be self-motivated, with the ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with a wide range of customers. You will also thrive in a busy environment and enjoy a challenge.
