Private Sector Housing Officer

Our West Midlands-based client is looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer to take on an initial 3-month contract on a full-time basis, 5 days a week.

Previous experience in Housing Standards will be essential to the role as be carrying out HHSRS inspections as well as HMO Licensing. You can expect to deal with issues such as dampness and mould, overcrowding and disrepair etc.

What’s in it for me?

• £35-£40 per hour (DOE) - equivalent to earning up to £72,000 per year
• 3-month rolling contract with likely extension beyond this
• Only 2-3 days on-site.

Due to the nature of these inspections, you will be required to have an HHSRS qualification.
