Buckingham Futures are currently seeking experienced, reliable, expert witness Surveyors for Housing Disrepair in the south West of England on behalf of our London-based Private Sector client.

The role will largely be focused on the structural integrity of houses in relation to Sections 9-11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act and will need a Surveyor with any one of the following accreditations:

MRICS/ FRICS/ ASOCRICS A degree in Building Surveying Being a Chartered Surveyor or a member of the Chartered Institute of Building

Rates:

Per Report/ Inspection: £324 (South Coast/NE England) & £396 (SW England) Summary Report (Non-Valid Claim): £108 No Access/ Late Cancellation: £108 Additional Expert Advice: £50ph Court Fees: £432 per day
