Our local authority client, based in the South London are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing officer. Duties will include enforcement action, issuing Civil Penalty Notices as well as HMO Licensing and investigation complaints from occupiers of private rented properties.

This role requires an experienced officer with at least 3+ years working within this remit. You must hold the HHSRS certificate and being EHORB Reg would be desirable.

This is a very flexible role, working on site can be negotiated before the start of the contract with the subsequent admin being done from home. Full time is a preference but part time will be considered as well. Pay rates will be up to £40 per hour. 3 Month contract starting from April.
