Our local authority client based in North London have a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to get that much needed foot in the door. They are currently looking to recruit at least 3 HMO Technical Support Officers to join their Environmental Health Housing Team. These roles will help support the Environmental Health Department in particular the Private Sector Housing Team in providing excellent services. You will provide technical support to enable enforcement officers to protect and improving the health, safety and welfare of every resident, worker and visitor within the Borough.
The post holder will be required to undertake their duties in the Private Sector Housing Team in one of the following sections:
*HMO Licensing
*Housing Enforcement
*Empty Properties

This role does not require any formal qualifications, all they are looking for are good admin and people skills and a drive to further your career within this field. In return they will train you up and help support you to become a Private Sector Housing Officer.

An opportunity like this does not come up very often so please do apply if this is an area you are interested in. Our client is offering at least 6 months full time with the possibility of a perm role. Rates are also competitive, starting at £25 per hour.
