Job Details
Our local authority client, based in East London are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Private Sector Housing Officer to join their small team ASAP. This role will cover responding to disrepair complaints, conducting HMO inspections, investigating suspected unlicensed properties and cladding remediation for high rise buildings.
This contract requires an officer who can hit the ground straight away. They need someone who is HHSRS qualified, full drivers licence, own vehicle and business insurance as well as at least 2 years' experience serving notices under the Housing Act 2004. Being registered as a Environmental Health Practitioner will put you in a strong position.
This is a full time contract but the client does offer hybrid working. They need someone who can start ASAP and can offer a contract that will see you to the end of August 2023. Pay rate will be £30-£36PH Umbrella.
