Food Safety Inspectors - South Yorkshire

We will be commencing a new contract at the start of March with a client based in South Yorkshire.

We are the exclusive supply organisation for delivering this project.

We are required to deliver around 1750 food premises inspections over the course of the year. They will be a mixed selection of predominantly low risk (Cat C-D) and Unrated new premises. We may also be asked to carry out some Cat B and High Risk Unrated inspections.

We are keen to add more members to the inspection team and have plenty of work to allocate if you are looking to take on a long term assignment. We are happy to split into smaller allocations if you would only like to commit for a shorter period or to a lower workload.

You will carry out the visit, issue the Risk Ratings and complete the full hygiene inspection report. On a regular basis, you will need to drop off completed paperwork at our client’s office.

The work programme is completely flexible and we can allocate premises within a specific post code to help maximise efficiency.

To carry out the work you will need to be Food Competent as defined by the FSA.

Work will be paid per inspection and you can work outside IR35 if you wish. The rates will be £35-£70 per inspection depending upon the category.
