Housing Disrepair Inspector

Buckingham Futures are currently seeking experienced, reliable, expert witnesses for Housing Disrepair, Environmental Protection Act, and other building disputes in the following areas for our Private Sector Client:

1. North London
2. The North-West (Likely Lancashire mainly)
3. Yorkshire
4. The Midlands

The rates offered are as follows:

1. Inspection + Expert Witness Report: £250
2. No Show Fee: £71
3. No Nuisance Fee: £89
4. Court Day Fee (per half day): £171.50

NB - This role is highly advantageous for full EHOs and for any contractors who have previously undertaken this type of work previously. If you have mock examples of reports you have completed previously, that would also be highly advantageous. There may also be additional fees tacked on however the fees presented are the standard we have always had with the client. The role can be done Outside-IR35.
