Job Details
Our local authority client, based in North Kent are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Private Sector Housing Officer to join their small team ASAP. This role will cover mostly disrepair cases and some HMO issues. Whilst the work will not be enforcement led it would be ideal if you had some experience but this is not a deciding factor.
This contract requires an officer who can hit the ground straight away. At the very least you must have the HHSRS certificate and at least 2 years' experience. It would be desirable if you have used Uniform in the past.
This is a full time contract but the client does offer hybrid working and this can be negotiated before the contract starts. They may consider part time as well but this would be dependant upon your experience. They need someone who can start ASAP and can offer a contract that will see you to the end of August 2023. Pay rates will start from £38 and can be negotiated higher.
