Private Sector Housing Officer

I'm currently working with a Lancashire-based local authority looking for someone proficient in Private Sector Housing working either 3 or 5 days a week.

You'll be responding to service requests, and carrying out their HHSRS inspections which will include issues such as disrepair, drainage etc.

You don't necessarily have to be an Environmental Health Officer, however, an HHSRS qualification is needed for this position due to the nature of the inspections.
