Private Sector Housing Officer

I’m currently working with a West Midlands-based local authority looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer to take on an initial full-time 3-month contract, to respond to their reactive complaints.

Previous experience in Housing Standards will be essential to the role as you'll mainly be carrying out HHSRS inspections. You can expect to be dealing with issues such as dampness and mould, overcrowding and disrepair etc.

What’s in it for me?

• £35-£40 per hour (DOE)
• 3-month rolling contract with likely extension beyond this
• Only 2-3 days on-site.
