We are looking to appoint an Environmental Health Officer at the departments beautiful office in Thie Slieu Whallian, St Johns pictured above.

As an Environmental Health Officer working in a small team on Isle of Man, you will have opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills in a broad range of Environmental Health disciplines.

If you are interested in ensuring the public has access to decent homes, safe food and a safe environment this is the job for you. You will have a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself and contribute to consistent quality service delivery.

The Department’s Environmental Health Unit carries out a diverse range of statutory functions. You will be given the opportunity to be a technical lead in key areas of the department’s work and bring forward your ideas to build procedures and processes for the team.

With a strong emphasis in supporting development in our profession we are committed to ensuring our staff have the development tools required to achieve the best standards of work.
