Job Details
Our client, based in East London are looking for a specialist Private Sector Housing EHO is needed to form part of the Council's new Damp and Mould Task Force. Working alongside building surveyors, you will help provide a swift and effective response to reports of damp and mould in Council owned and managed homes.
In depth knowledge of HHSRS - in particular as it relates to damp and mould - is essential for the role, as is the ability to work closely with colleagues and contractors to identify and implement the best solutions to keep their tenants safe.
If successful you will be offered an initial 2 month contract paying £40-£50PH Umbrella (depending on qualifications and experience, top end only for qualified EHOs),
