A local authority based in Surrey is looking for an esteemed officer to join their ranks. Their service has had a significant increase in their service requests and so they are looking to bring someone in to assist in running a smooth service.
The roles consists of:
- HHSRS Inspections
- Service requests
The council are looking to bring someone on initially for 3 months but with the view to extend based on their workload and performance.
Rates for this role are looking like £40 per hour for the right candidate and there is hybrid work available. Write ups and reports can be done at home.
They are looking to get someone in early February.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable and familiar with HHSRS inspections, HMO's licencing and at least 1 year worth of experience in housing.
