New Year, New Contract?
New year means new work here at Oyster so I just wanted to make you aware of a contract that has popped up with a local authority in Hampshire. They are looking for a PSH officer/EHO to join their team for initially 3 months.
The work consists of:
- Dealing with service requests
- HHSRS Inspections
- Setting up foundations for enforcement action
- Contact/maintain relationships with landlords
- MEES (advantageous but not essential)
They are looking to get someone on board ASAP and would be willing to consider full or time and are flexible on rates.
