Private Sector Housing Officer - HMOs

This local authority is looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer. You will be responsible for HMOs, housing enforcement, and serving notices) 

You are required to have a full HHSRS certificate and familiar with Housing Legislation.

Contract length: until the end of March (contract review in February and extendable beyond restructuring)

Working arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days on-district and 2 days WFH

Working hours: Full-time/ Part-time

Start date: Mid-December

Mileage: 45p per mile

Rates: £40+ per hour DOE
