Private Sector Housing Officer

A local authority based in Surrey is looking for an experienced PSH officer to join their team for an initial 4 month contract with the possibility of extending.
 

They are looking for an officer to fulfill full time hours and be on site at least 2/3 days a week.

Duties include:

• Undertaking inspections using the HHSRS guidance
• Preparation of reports and notices, orders and taking enforcement action
• HMO licencing
• Caravan site inspections

The role requires someone who has a background and experience in private sector housing and is HHSRS qualified.

Rates are starting from £37+ per hour for the right candidate.
