Job Details
Our local authority client, based in South East London are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing office. You will predominantly be dealing with licensed mandatory HMOs in accordance with the legislative requirements and the Borough's adopted standards for HMOs. You will also undertake HMO complaint investigation and enforcement and investigate complaints about disrepair in single occupation and take the necessary action.
This role requires you, at a minimum to hold the HHSRS Certificate. our client will not consider anyone who does not hold this. You must also have at least 2 years experience within this field.
The contract will see you to March 2023. Working full time, 36 hours per week but we are happy to submit those who are looking for part time work as well. Rates will start from £35 per hour.
