EHO - Housing - PERM

The Royal Borough of Greenwich has appointed Osborne Richardson to support the recruitment to a range of qualified Environmental Health posts within the Directorate of Housing & Safer Communities. Due to this The Royal Borough of Greenwich are looking for 4 EHO's to carry out surveys and inspections, preparing detailed reports, schedules, estimates and detailed drawings in connection therewith to an advanced level.

To be successful it is crucial that you have experience of delivering services in the regulation of private rented sector housing (Consideration will be given to applicants who are working towards or are newly qualified with a Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health or equivalent and who are working towards their EHRB Registration). However it is crucial that you are HHSRS certified and that you have detailed knowledge of current and proposed, and ability to interpret, legislation relevant to Environmental Health and in particular Housing and with demonstrable knowledge of enforcement within this field

If accepted you will be offered SO2-PO3 which can vary between £32,988 - £41,586 depending on what level you are accepted on and what level of qualifications and experience you have.
